Returns & Refunds Policy
If you wish to return an item, you must contact us at customer@maisonrapito.com within 14 days from the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all original tags and packaging. Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note: return shipping costs, as well as any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred for the return shipment, are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 14 days from the delivery date, provided the product is returned in its original condition.

Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@maisonrapito.com with your order details and photos. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
